These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TaDone, a service operated by A Team Total Care, LLC.
By using TaDone, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
TaDone provides a platform that allows customers to:
- Place orders via QR code
- Receive SMS notifications regarding their order
TaDone also provides tools for vendors to manage orders and workflows.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
3. Use of Service
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
4. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number during checkout, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your order.
- Message types: transactional notifications only
- Message frequency: varies per order
- Message and data rates may apply

- Reply STOP to any message

TaDone is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using TaDone agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
TaDone is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by vendors.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
TaDone does not store full payment card details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TaDone and A Team Total Care, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Vendor-related issues
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Delivery of SMS messages
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by TaDone or its licensors.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
